Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Integral, a personal AI assistant delivered over WhatsApp. Integral is operated by Atelys Technologies Private Limited(“Atelys”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By messaging the Integral assistant or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Integral is a conversational AI assistant you access through WhatsApp. It can hold context across conversations, set reminders, run scheduled background tasks, search the web, generate documents and images, and — where you explicitly connect them — work with your Gmail and Google Calendar. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan as described on our Pricing page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Integral. You must use a WhatsApp number that you own or are authorised to use; that number is your account identifier. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your WhatsApp number.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Integral to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate anyone who does;
- harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person;
- send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or operate the service on behalf of undisclosed third parties;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
- generate or distribute content that is unlawful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that infringes the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these rules, with or without notice where the violation is serious or ongoing.
4. AI-generated content
Integral’s responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Output is provided for general informational and productivity purposes only and is not professional advice — it is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, or other professional guidance. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it or acting on it, especially for important decisions or actions the assistant takes on your behalf.
5. Subscriptions & billing
- Free trial. New users start with a 10-day free trial. No payment details are required to begin the trial.
- Paid plans. After the trial, continued access requires a paid monthly subscription (Core or Autopilot) at the prices listed on our Pricing page, in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and are charged through our payment processor, Razorpay, via UPI Autopay or card, until you cancel.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will give you advance notice before a changed price applies to your renewal, so you can choose to cancel beforehand.
- Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Our refund eligibility — including duplicate-charge and failed-service cases — is described in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Third-party services
Integral relies on third-party providers to function, including WhatsApp for messaging, Razorpay for payments, AI model providers (accessed via OpenRouter) that process your messages to generate responses, and Google services where you connect Gmail or Calendar. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective providers’ terms.
8. Intellectual property
Integral, its branding, and its software are owned by Atelys Technologies Private Limited. Subject to these Terms, you may use the service for your own personal or business purposes. As between you and us, you retain rights to the content you submit, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atelys will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using Integral at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing to message the assistant. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the assistant. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
