Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Atelys Technologies Private Limited(“Atelys”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use Integral, our personal AI assistant on WhatsApp. We are the data fiduciary for this processing and are committed to handling your data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”).
1. Data we collect
- Your WhatsApp number — your account identifier, used to recognise you and deliver replies.
- Your name — as you share it or as available from your WhatsApp profile, used to personalise the assistant.
- Message content — the messages, questions, documents, and images you send to the assistant, and the responses it generates.
- Usage metadata — timestamps, feature usage, reminders and scheduled tasks you create, and basic diagnostic information used to operate and improve the service.
2. How your messages are processed
To answer you, your message content is processed by third-party AI model providers, which we access through OpenRouter. This processing happens so the model can generate a response to your request. We do not sell your messages, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles about you.
3. Conversation memory
Integral stores a memory of your conversations so it can stay useful over time — remembering context, preferences, and the reminders and tasks you set. This memory exists to provide the service to you. You can ask the assistant to forget specific information, or request deletion of your data at any time (see section 8).
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway. When you subscribe, your payment is handled directly by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy policy. We never collect or store your full card number or bank-account credentials — Razorpay handles that data. We receive only confirmation of your subscription and payment status.
5. Gmail & Calendar integrations
If you choose to connect Gmail or Google Calendar, we access that data only to perform the actions you ask the assistant to take — for example, drafting an email or creating a calendar event. This access is optional, granted by you, and revocable. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond carrying out your requests. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
6. How we use your data
- to operate, maintain, and deliver the assistant and its features;
- to personalise responses and remember context across conversations;
- to process subscriptions and prevent fraud and abuse;
- to provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
7. Sharing your data
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Integral — WhatsApp (messaging delivery), AI model providers via OpenRouter (generating responses), Razorpay (payments), and Google (only where you connect Gmail/Calendar) — and only to the extent required to provide the service. We may also disclose data where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
8. Your rights & data deletion
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. The simplest way to exercise these rights is to message the assistant and ask it to delete your data or forget specific information. You can also email us at vishalsingh@integralchat.app. We will action verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to any data we must retain to meet legal obligations.
9. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational security practices — including encrypted transport and access controls — to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to it.
11. Children
Integral is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you through the assistant where appropriate.
